William Shakespeare
Basic Facts about William Shakespeare:
William was a poor boy who grew up to be an extraordinary play write. He was born on April 1564 and died 23 April 1616. William's father was John Shakespeare. He was a glover and a alderman ad was successful at it. Nobody knows but biographer think he went to school at King's New school which is in Stratford. It was about a quarter of a mile away from his home.
Family
When William was he married to a young woman who was 8 years older. Her name was Anne Hathaway. Six months after their marrige Anne got pregnant and gave birth to a child called Susanna, she was baptised at 26 April 1583. Then he got a twin. A son called Hamnet and a daughter called Judith. Hamnet died when he wad 11 by an illness. We don't know which one.
Plays
